Mental Health Coaching and Training with a Social Impact

Illuminate is a professional, not-for-profit organisation specialising in mental health coaching and training to help people make positive changes.
We use the life coaching model along with positive psychology as a basis for our personal development training – Confidence for Change.
Currently this takes the form of online bite sized sessions that are open to beneficiaries who are unemployed and experiencing mental ill health, A formal diagnosis is not required. More importantly beneficiaries need to be ready and willing to learn new skills and make change. They may feel stuck and anxious about the way forward but must be open and ready to start to take action to improve their lives.
Our sessions are designed to increase self-confidence, motivation, and resilience. 100% report our sessions as Excellent or Very Good.
In addition, we also offer limited online 1-2-1 coaching support to help with direction and signposting.
We have a rolling programme of session available each month and details of these are listed on our website.
